Bob's Place is no longer available for holiday letting. Please consider Bream Cottage - This cute cottage is in white hardiplank, has three patio doors, leading from the main living room onto the front deck with fantastic views of the lake - and one from each of the two bedrooms, opening onto a small back yard.

Great spot for fishing, water sports (bring your own equipment) just sitting and dreaming by the water...... just 45 seconds from the deck to the water's edge.

Pets are welcome inside at Bream Cottage

The living room has a kitchen area at one end, and living at the other - 10m x 3.25m. The deck runs the full length of the living room.

It is stylishly furnished, and contains all the mod cons you would expect in a house of this standard.

These include a bread maker, TV, video, DVD, CD, and radio. Books, videos, a couple of games, and packs of cards.

The barbecue, table and benches are set in the back courtyard, whilst on the front deck overlooking the million dollar view, are comfortable chairs. There is a public barbecue on the lakeside opposite the house, a beautiful place to sit as the sun goes down..

Being in the centre of the village, on the waterfront, this cottage is ideal for people wanting immediate access to the lake for boating, fishing, swimming or the children's play park.

There is a fenced off pool area with a small sandy beach within 50 metres of the Bream Cottage front deck.

If water sports are your 'thing' then those few metres are easily travelled with your windsurfer, canoe or the like.

Bream Cottage will sleep 4 / 5 people in the two bedrooms, with a queen bed in one room and two singles in the other. There is a trundle bed with the two single beds which is comfortable but needs putting away after each night as space is limited.

You can bring your own linen, or hire ours (including towels) - doonas, and pillows with mattress and pillow protectors, and spare blankets are provided.

The back yard and front deck are fully fenced, and an integral carport provides protection for your car.

For their comfort, and the comfort of our other guests, ALL pets must be housetrained and use tick and flea control. Standard New South Wales rules for dogs apply - your pet must be under control at all times.

Bream cottage has tank water. A separate tap provides chlorinated water for drinking for those people who prefer it. The septic system is pump out.

Please email breamcottage@gmail.com or telephone (02 6554 2001) or (0417 427 572) for availability. Don't delay - we get booked up very quickly!

To make life easier for you we provide basic foodstuffs for you to use - tea, instant coffee, sugar, spagghetti, rice, tomatoe sauce etc - and a few tinned goods. We ask that you please replace roughly what you use so that our next guests can also enjoy the convenience of having these items availalbe.

We also provide soap powder, washing up liquid and loo rolls - and firelighters and matches in winter - but not personal items such as insect repellant, toilet soap etc.

Our housekeeper lives in the village and we are available to help you with any problems relating to the cottages

The lake is no more than 40 metres away
